What it does

Reads work cards and maintenance tasks (PDF or photo) with AI and lists parts, consumables and special tools with name, part number, alternates and quantity, each line editable. Exports to Excel and PDF with the work card reference and the date of the AI reading in the header. Lists the other work cards the card refers to in a checklist of pending cards to read until none is left, and adds up the material of the whole work package.

Individual app: each person uses it with their own account; your data is private to you and saved to your account.

How to use it

  1. Choose the Work package at the top, or press New package to create one (for example one per aircraft and check) and Rename to change its name.
  2. In Read a work card, choose or drop the PDF or photo of the work card and press Read with AI. Use Add by hand to enter a work card without the AI.
  3. Check every line of Parts, Consumables and Special tools and equipment against the work card and the IPC; correct any field, use Add a line or delete wrong lines.
  4. Open the Pending tab to see the work cards the card refers to. Press Read it now to read each one, or Not needed to close it, until nothing is pending.
  5. Use Work cards read to open, export or print each card, and press Excel or PDF next to a card to export its material list.
  6. Open Package material to see the total per part number for the whole package and press Excel or PDF to export it.
  7. Press Backup to keep a copy file of your packages, and Restore to load them back.
