One licence for your organisation: your people grouped by base against the aircraft types you maintain, with a level for each person and type (Expert, Qualified, In training or none) and a short note. The count of qualified or expert people per type and per base turns amber below the minimum you set. Hidden people for long leave, printing in landscape with your logo and Excel export. Only the Owner and the Editors change the matrix, and every change is recorded in an audit trail. It records practical experience for planning; it is not a certification authorisation.
Shared by your organisation: production and planning keep the matrix, and everyone in the organisation sees the same matrix from a computer, a tablet or a phone.
How to use it
- The owner buys the app and opens it: write the name of your organisation. The app gives it a reference (for support) and a code to join (Organisation tab).
- Each person creates an account in AVIOCONTROL APPS, opens Type Experience Matrix in the App Store and writes that code under 'Join your organisation'. In the Organisation tab the Owner or an Editor approves each request with a role: Editor or Viewer. Only the Owner names Editors.
- Organisation tab: add your bases and the aircraft types you maintain, in the order you want to see them, and the minimum number of qualified people you want per type.
- Matrix tab: press + Person and write the name, role, licence and base.
- Press a cell to set the level of that person on that type, with a short note if you want.
- The last row counts the people qualified or expert per type and turns amber below your minimum. Print the matrix, export it to Excel, and see every change in the Audit trail tab (Owner and Editors).
