For Passengers
Open in AVIOCONTROL APPSWhat it does
Seat belt, brace position, oxygen masks, life jacket, exits, evacuation and exit rows, each with a drawing and the reason behind it. Count the rows to your two nearest exits, find the brace position for your seat and do the 30-second check before take-off.
Individual app: each person uses it with their own account; your data is private to you and saved to your account.
How to use it
- Open the app on The card tab and read each numbered section: the drawing, the instruction and the Why box that explains the reason behind it.
- When you board, open My exits, type your seat row in Your row and the exit rows in Exit rows (separate with commas), for example 1, 12, 30.
- Read how many rows away the nearest exit is towards the front and towards the back, and count the seat backs as the cabin diagram shows.
- Open Brace position and choose Your situation (for example a seat with a seat in front, a baby on your lap or a rear-facing seat) to see the steps for your seat.
- Before take-off, open Before take-off and tick each line of the checklist until the Ready message appears; your ticks are saved.
- Press Start again to clear the checklist for your next flight. The card in your seat pocket and the crew's instructions always come first.
