Requests Log

The requests from your customers and to staffing or service companies, with who, when, what was done and what is overdue.

What it does

One licence for your organisation: two logs with the same shape, the requests you receive from customers (quotes, extra work, dates) and the requests you send to staffing or service companies. Each request has who asked, when and how, the action taken, who acted and when, a due date and its status; open requests past their due date are shown as overdue. Search, filters, your own names for the two logs, printing with your logo and Excel export. Only the Owner and the Editors change the logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.

Shared by your organisation: whoever receives or sends a request records it, and everyone in the organisation sees the same logs from a computer, a tablet or a phone.

How to use it

  1. The owner buys the app and opens it: write the name of your organisation. The app gives it a reference (for support) and a code to join (Organisation tab).
  2. Each person creates an account in AVIOCONTROL APPS, opens Requests Log in the App Store and writes that code under 'Join your organisation'. In the Organisation tab the Owner or an Editor approves each request with a role: Editor or Viewer. Only the Owner names Editors.
  3. From customers: press + Request and write what was asked, by whom, the date and how it came (email, phone, verbally). Add a due date if there is one.
  4. To companies: press + Request and write what was asked, by whom in your organisation and to which company.
  5. When it is done, write the action taken, who acted and the date, and close the request. Open requests past their due date are shown as overdue.
  6. Print the selected requests with your logo, export both logs to Excel, and see every change in the Audit trail tab (Owner and Editors).
