What it does

Keep every course you have completed and its expiry date in one place, receive reminders before each recurrent course is due, and find training centres for non-type courses: Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), EASA Part-145, Part-M, Part-21J, Part-21G, Part-ML, Part-CAMO, Part-FCL, Air-OPS, SMS, PERAM (Part-145, Part-M, Part-21), Train the Trainers, Quality Auditor, CRM and more.

Individual app: each person uses it with their own account; your data is private to you and saved to your account.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings & backup, set how many days before expiry you want to be warned and the expiry date rule, then press Save settings.
  2. In Add course, choose the course (or Other course… to type a name), enter the completion date and validity in months, provider and certificate number, then press Save course.
  3. Open Status to see which courses are expired, due soon or valid; press Record renewal on a course when you complete it again.
  4. Open History to see every course record, and Edit or Delete any of them.
  5. Press Add reminders to calendar (.ics) to add the expiry dates to your phone or computer calendar.
  6. Press Print / Save as PDF for your training record; in Settings & backup use Export CSV and Download backup (.json), and Restore backup to load a copy.
