What it does

One licence for your organisation: your workshops, own or subcontracted, with their aircraft. For each aircraft one report per day with the progress and its change since the previous report, the situation and the urgent matters (highlighted in blue, red or bold), the actions to take, and the history of every report with who wrote it. Each Workshop lead writes the report of today of the aircraft of their workshops only. Excel import by workshop, PDF import of a report sent by a workshop, Excel export, printing of the workshops and aircraft you choose with your logo, and an audit trail of every change.

Shared by your organisation: production management and the lead of each workshop see the same board at the same time, from a computer, a tablet or a phone.

How to use it

  1. The owner buys the app and opens it: write the name of your organisation. The app gives it a reference (for support) and a code to join (Organisation tab).
  2. Each person creates an account in AVIOCONTROL APPS, opens Production Status Board in the App Store and writes that code under 'Join your organisation'. In the Organisation tab the Owner or an Editor approves each request with a role: Editor, Workshop lead or Viewer. Only the Owner names Editors.
  3. Organisation tab: add your workshops and choose the Workshop leads of each one.
  4. Board: add the aircraft of each workshop, or import them with their progress from an Excel file (registration, model, progress, situation, urgent matters).
  5. Each day press Report for today on an aircraft: it starts from the latest report; change the progress, the situation and the urgent matters, and highlight a text in blue, red or bold.
  6. Import PDF reads the text of a report sent by a workshop, finds the progress (%) and saves it as the report of today of the aircraft you choose.
  7. Add the actions to take for each aircraft and tick them when done. Print the workshops and aircraft you choose, export everything to Excel, and see every change in the Audit trail tab (Owner and Editors).
