What it does

A reference register of the current revisions of the technical manuals (maintenance, parts, structural repair, wiring, engine, overhaul and flight manuals) of aircraft and engines designed in Europe, the United States, Canada, Brazil and China, with the source and the date each revision was read or verified. Every 7 days the server reads the manufacturers' public revision indexes (Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo Helicopters, Pratt & Whitney Canada, GE Aerospace, CFM, Deutsche Aircraft, Continental, Piper, Lycoming and Robinson) and collects the airworthiness directives of EASA, the FAA, Transport Canada, ANAC and CAAC with the reason for each one. Filter by country, manufacturer, aircraft, engine, manual and status; record your fleet and the revision you hold of each manual to see which copies need updating; export to PDF and Excel.

Individual app: your fleet, your copies and your own entries are private to you and saved to your account, while the register of manual revisions and airworthiness directives is common reference data, updated every 7 days.

How to use it

  1. On the Status tab, use the filters (Country of design, Manufacturer, Aircraft / engine, Model, Manual, Status, Search) to find a manual and see its reference revision, verification date and source.
  2. Open My fleet & copies, choose the Item and Model, enter the Registration or serial number and press Add to my fleet; add manuals outside the catalogue with Add own entry.
  3. Back on Status, tick My fleet only and press My copy on each manual: enter the Revision I hold and its date, optionally your own check, and press Save; the status shows whether your copy is current.
  4. Press History on a manual to see its previous revisions.
  5. Open Airworthiness directives and filter by Authority, Manufacturer, Model and Issued, or tick My fleet only, to see the ADs with the reason for each one.
  6. Open What's new to see new revisions and ADs; tick My fleet and my copies only to limit the list to your items.
  7. Press Print / Save as PDF to print the tab you are on, or Export to Excel for the Status list with your current filters.
  8. Open the Backup tab and press Download backup (.json) to keep a copy of your fleet and copy records, or Restore backup to load one.
