Log your duties and flights and see every day how much margin you have against the EASA Air-OPS flight time limitations (ORO.FTL) for commercial air transport by aeroplane: flight duty periods, cumulative duty and cumulative flight time. A planning aid: your operator's approved FTL scheme always prevails.
Individual app: each person uses it with their own account; your data is private to you and saved to your account.
How to use it
- Open Rules & backup, choose the time zone of the place where you are acclimatised (home base) and press Save time zone; all times you enter are read in that zone.
- Open Add duty, choose the Type of duty and enter Report date, Report time, End of duty and, for an FDP, Engines off — last sector, Sectors, Flight time (block) and Acclimatisation.
- Set Duty starts at (home base or away) and check the preview of the maximum FDP under the form, then press Save duty; repeat for every duty.
- Open Today to see duty hours, flight time and rest against the limits; change the status date and time, or press Now, and read the overall result (Within limits, Close to a limit or Check required).
- Use the Max FDP calculator tab to find the maximum FDP and the latest engines-off time for a planned start time, number of sectors and acclimatisation.
- Open Duty record to review every duty with its rest before and its checks; use Edit or Delete to correct an entry.
- In Rules & backup, press Export CSV for a spreadsheet of your record and Download backup (.json) to keep a copy; Restore backup loads a saved file.
