For Licensed engineers · Mechanics · Avionics and structures specialists
Open in AVIOCONTROL APPSWhat it does
A personal history by aircraft model: defects with how you solved them, parts and materials used, manual references and time spent; materials and tools for inspections and repairs; your own sketches for each record; a search box that finds anything when you press Enter; and a summary of the parts used per model. Export to PDF and Excel.
Individual app: each person uses it with their own account; your data is private to you and saved to your account.
How to use it
- Open the Aircraft models tab, enter the Model and Manufacturer and press Save model; add every model you work on.
- In the Records tab, choose the model and press + Defect, or + Inspection / repair, to open a new record.
- Fill in the date, registration, ATA chapter, what happened and how you solved it or the work done, the manual references, tools and keywords.
- Press + Add part / material for each part used, and + New sketch to draw with Pen, Line, Arrow, Box, Circle or Text; press Keep sketch, then Save the record.
- Type in the search box at the top and press Enter to find any record in Search results; the Materials tab lists all parts and materials used per model.
- Press Excel or PDF in the Records tab to export the records shown, or PDF inside a record for that record only; use Backup and Restore to keep a copy.
