What it does

One licence for your organisation: your bases with their aircraft, open faults and the date planned for the workshop; the aircraft in the workshop with the days since they entered; and the material each one needs, with nine statuses (Requested, Pending purchase, Sent, In transit, Arrived, Installed, From another aircraft…), who it was requested to and the dates. The Stores role updates the material without touching the aircraft. KPIs, Excel import of material and export of everything, printing with your logo, and an audit trail of every change.

Shared by your organisation: production, the bases, the workshop and stores see the same aircraft and material at the same time, from a computer, a tablet or a phone.

How to use it

  1. The owner buys the app and opens it: write the name of your organisation. The app gives it a reference (for support) and a code to join (Organisation tab).
  2. Each person creates an account in AVIOCONTROL APPS, opens Base Fleet & Workshop Material in the App Store and writes that code under 'Join your organisation'. In the Organisation tab the Owner or an Editor approves each request with a role: Editor, Stores or Viewer. Only the Owner names Editors.
  3. Organisation tab: add your bases. Aircraft by base: add the aircraft at each base with the model, registration, open faults and the date planned for the workshop.
  4. When an aircraft enters the workshop, press To the workshop. An aircraft of a customer can be added directly in the workshop, without a base.
  5. Material tab: add the material each aircraft needs, by hand or from Excel (description, part number, quantity).
  6. Stores updates the status, the supplier and the dates of each line; a part taken from another aircraft records which one.
  7. Print the material, export everything to Excel, and see every change in the Audit trail tab (Owner and Editors).
